1. Connect Hub navigation
- Open the Neuropath ConnectHub project in your project editor. This portal's chat cannot change that separate project.
- Add Employee Relations as its own top-level navigation tab next to Benefits Center. Also add a link on the existing Employee Benefits page. Do not place it under Support or require another tab first.
- Point both links to the Employee Relations portal, opening in a separate browser tab with safe external-link attributes. A custom domain is optional; the current published address can be linked now.
- Preserve Benefits Center's existing page, navigation style and mobile behavior. Never include employee information, report text or identity tokens in the URL.
- Verify both links and approve publication in each project. Preview changes do not update the published portal automatically.
2. Privacy & AI boundaries
- No report, draft, message, contact information or file can be submitted through the portal.
- The AI endpoint rejects requests before processing input. Reopening AI for real scenarios requires privacy and service-logging review. AI must never decide whether a violation occurred.
- The reviewer workspace shows no case records and is unavailable until verified administrator access is configured.
- No Paycor employee data, live notifications, secure mailboxes or session-booking service is connected.
- Absolute secrecy or guaranteed anonymity cannot be promised. Internal reporting does not pause agency deadlines or waive outside rights.
- Evidence, a legal category, manager contact, SSNs, diagnoses, patient identifiers, waivers and agreements not to report externally must never be required.
3. Proposed workflow targets
Immediate acknowledgment; owner within one business day; urgent review the same day during coverage hours; weekly updates; approximately 30 days for review, depending on scope. These are proposed operating targets, not statutory requirements, live service guarantees, or filing deadlines.

The portal’s References & review panel lists source URLs, checked dates and review status. Official agency pages were checked for availability and general scope on October 26, 2026, not legal approval. Policy titles have no supplied document and are not checked. Individual legal notes remain pending review even when an agency source is available.
